Introducing The Anthem Leadership Pipeline

At Anthem Church, we’re passionate about raising up Kingdom Leaders. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our new leadership pipeline - a clear, pathway designed to help move from the seats into church leadership. This isn’t just a program—it’s a pathway for people to reach their God given leadership & ministry potential.

The Leadership Pipeline is rooted in Philippians 4:9, where the Apostle Paul lays out a simple but powerful model for developing people:

“Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.”

In this single verse, we find the three pillars of our leadership development process: Teach, Train, and Model.

Teach through Mosaic School of Ministry

Every step in The Pipeline (see below for the actual steps in the pipeline) has an accompanying class through our Mosaic School of Ministry that is designed to give you what you need at the level you need it.

Train through The Apprenticeship Model

Teaching is powerful, but leadership is also caught—not just taught. That’s where our Apprenticeship Model comes in. Every leader on the pipeline will walk alongside someone more experienced, gaining hands-on training in a real ministry context. Our apprenticeship model follows the steps below:

Model through Real Life Leadership Opportunities

Finally, we believe in growing by getting in the game. Every person in the pipeline will be placed in a department in an actual area of leadership. The different leadership steps & progressions can be found below.

Next Steps

The entry point into The Leadership Pipeline is a nomination from a member of our current Core Leadership Team followed by an invitation to an 8 week onboarding course called The Anthem Way. To nominate someone for The Leadership Pipeline click HERE.
